Visiting schedule
Parents may visit only on the 4th Sunday of the month, except when the school opens or reopens after a break or vacation. No visit is permitted on the 1st Sunday of that month when examinations are in progress.

No direct meetings are permitted under any circumstance. After permission from the Authorities, Principal or Warden, students may meet parents in the main academic block or outdoors. Parents and guardians cannot enter student dormitories or the hostel.
Frequent visits and outings are strictly prohibited because they affect the daily routine and academic performance.
Parents and local guardians may visit their wards in the Visitor’s Room and are not allowed to meet their ward anywhere else.
Main Gate security may prohibit a cadet or student from leaving campus without prior permission from the authorities. A visitor register is maintained for persons entering academy premises to meet a hostel cadet.
